Telephone Consultation Service for Foreign Workers

The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare will launch a “telephone consultation
service for foreign workers” on June 1, 2015, to help it adequately respond to requests
for consultation from foreign workers. It will be available in five languages (English,
Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, and Tagalog).
The service will address problems with respect to work conditions by explaining laws
and making referrals to concerned organizations.
