About the 4 classes of 《Netto de Nihongo》

Monday class level 1

  • May 15th to August 21st (15 times in total)
  • Every Monday 7:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Learn how to read and write Hiragana and Katakana.
  • You will study simple A1 level (*) Japanese communication and interaction necessary for daily life. For the textbook, we will use Lessons 1 to 8 of “Irodori: Japanese for Life Starter/A1”. (The textbook can be found here.)

Thursday Class level 2

  • May 18th to September 28th (20 times in total)
  • Every Thursday 10:00am – 12:00pm
  • You will study simple A1 level (*) Japanese communication and interaction necessary for daily life. For the textbook, we will use Lessons 9 to 18 of “Irodori: Japanese for Life Starter/A1”. (textbook can be foud here)

Monday Class level 3

  • May 15th to September 25th (20 times in total)
  • Every Monday 7:00pm – 9:00pm
  • You will study simple A2 level (*) Japanese communication and interactions necessary for daily life. The textbook will be from Lessons 1 to 8 of “Irodori: Japanese for Life Elementary 1/A2”. (textbook can be found here)

Thursday Class level 4

  • May 18th to September 28th (20 times in total)
  • Every Thursday 10:00am – 12:00pm
  • You will study simple A2 level (*) Japanese communication and interactions necessary for daily life. For the textbook, we will use lessons 9 to 18 of “Irodori Japanese for Life Elementary 1/A2”. (textbook can be found here)

* Level of learning Japanese

Please confirm the following before applying.

  • Study online. Please prepare your necessary items such as smartphones, computers, and internet connection.
  • Textbooks will be sent by mail from Shimane International Center.
  • Study in class format.
  • 20 people can participate.
  • The following people can participate 1. and 2.

   1. Those who live in Shimane prefecture or those who work in Shimane prefecture

       2. 16 years old or older

  • Before the class starts, we will do a level check test.
  • On the last day of class, there will be a final test. Please be sure to attend.
