The Coordinators for International Relations (CIRs) of Shimane Prefecture have released the latest issue of their newsletter, which introduces the charm  (unique appeal) of Shimane in multiple languages—English, Korean, Chinese, and Portuguese.

A Japanese translation is also included.

This issue focused on “Tatara” and featured coverage in Yoshida Town, Unnan City.
