We would like to inform you about the relocation of the Shimane International Center’s main office and western branch.

Regarding the relocation of our Main Office

We are pleased to announce that our head office will be relocated to a new facility as detailed below. The Shimane JICA Desk will also relocate at the same time.

  • Relocation Date: Wednesday, April 15, 2026
  • New Location: Shimane International Center
    (1571 Saiwai‑machi, Matsue City)
  • Hours of Operation:
    Monday to Friday and the 4th Sunday of each month,
    9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    (Closed on national holidays and from December 29 to January 3)

At the new facility, we will further strengthen our role as a regional hub for building a multicultural society. In addition to providing consultation services for foreign residents and Japanese language learning programs, we will enhance opportunities such as exchange events and volunteer training programs.

From this renewed location, we look forward to working together with the community to expand the circle of international exchange, cooperation, and multicultural coexistence.
