Cost of Postage will change by April 1, 2014.
With a revision of the consumption tax rate, Japan Post will change the mail handling charges.

In addition, it will release common stamps (11 kinds) of the face value corresponding to the rate after the change, postcards (eight kinds) and an epistle (one kind) on Monday, March 3, 2014.

For example:
A post card: 50yen → 52yen
A finite form: 80yen → 82yen
