Tourism Agency immediately published the push type information posting application “Safety tips” after the disaster, as a tool to ensure the safety and security of foreign tourists visiting Japan.

“Safety tips” is a push-enabled information posting application in English to notify breaking news and early warning information about earthquake and tsunami in Japan. There are various functions to be helpful at the time of disaster such as evacuation flow chart, communication card and website links.
