10:10 am Make a kite. Write your favorite pictures and letters.

11:20 am We will talk about the kite that everyone made.

11:40 am Everyone raises a kite (we will cancel, if it rains)

Those who live in the eastern part of the prefecture. Both foreigners and Japanese can participate.
