The 55th International Japanese language Speech Contest
①Day & Time: Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 13:00～
②Place: Plover Hall in Matsue City general culture center
③Subject & Time Limit: Any non-commercial, non-religious topic, unpublished
　　　　　　　　　　Time limit: 6minutes
④Qualifications: Applicant must fulfill all of the following conditions
　　1.native language other than Japanese
　　2.15 years of age or older on the contest day.
　　3.Has not won the 1st Prize, the Forign Minister's Award, or 2nd Prize, the　Education Minister's Award, in a previous contest.
