Shimane prefecture develops international sense of a youth carrying the future of the prefecture and promote upbringing of a talented person deepening understanding and the friendship for the global community. It carries out an understanding lecture to introduce Korean culture and custom to bring up a young person leader carrying the interchange at the private level as the part about Korea with the historic and culture connection strongly.
