A Resident Card will be issued with the introduction of a new residency management system.
The Alien Registration System will be abolished, and the system up to now will be drastically changed including a residence card being issued newly and the resident's card made in the local government of the place of residence.
This is very important information for all foreign nationals residing in Japan.

Therefore Center for Multilingual Education and Research　of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies asked from Ministry of Justice translated it by every possible language for non-Japanese residents.

Please utilize in all of you engaged in a person concerned with local government, foreign consultation and support activity.
