[Event Information in Matsue] 'International Fair 2011' Participation Guidelines
This year we are undertaking to share the international exchange fair, which has been organized by the citizens' community center since 2006, to an even larger audience.
Therefore, we are calling on groups or individuals to participate in the above titled event.
1. Date: Sep.25th (Sun.) 10:00 - 15:00
2. Location: STIC Building, Tenjin-machi, Shirakata- honmachi,
3. Aim: Promote international understanding through various country introductions and workshops
4. Participation guidelines
① Ethnic/traditional clothing parade (Tenjin-machi Shotengai (shopping district)
② Foods of the World -Stalls (STIC Building 1F, 2F)
③ Culture of the world - workshops / games (STIC Building 2F)
④ Group / Association introductory Displays (STIC Building 2F)
⑤ Stage (National music・Dance・Performance etc) (STIC Building 1F)
5. Participants Application
Please fill in (①～⑤) on separate application form, and submit by fax
6. Deadline: June 24th 2011
7. Participants Information: Further details regarding participation will be given following the application deadline
