Hello!- from SIC
[October in Japan] 'Kannazuki' is a traditional name for October in the traditional Japanese calendar. It literally means "the month when there are no gods." In Shinto tradition it is said that the eight million gods of Japan leave their shrines and congregate annually at Izumo Taisha. Therefore this month is known as Kamiarizuki, "the month when the gods are present."
In October
・People enjoy going out to do activities, sports festival, walking rally, fruits picking, joining local festivals.
・In Japan, October 1st is the day most people change clothes for winter.
