Loan Items: National Flags, Table Flags, Maps, National Costumes

* This services can be used when taking in a visiting party from overseas, host an international exchange event and so on.

Loan procedure

Please request the item by telephone or visit the SIC and fill out the appropriate form. (Fax available)
The requested item will be dispatched from the SIC. If the requested item has to be posted, postage of the item to and from the borrower must be paid by the applicant.

Rental Fee

A National Flag (Full-Size): 500yen/flag, Tabletop Flag: 300yen/flag, National Costume: 1000yen/ item (for display purposes only), Map: Free

• Payment: The net invoice amount is due one month after the SIC sends the invoice.
• Discount: SIC Member Supporters and Volunteers are entitled to a 50% discount (at the discretion of the SIC)

Loan Period

Up to one week. Please contact us as soon as possible when the borrowed iten cannot be returned due to an unavoidable delay.

Note

Please contact the SIC as soon as possible should the borrower has stained, broken or lost the item. The borrower will be required to pay restration costs depending on the damage to the item.

• National costumes are for display only.
• Please do not use the national flags outside in wet weather.
