Free Internet Service

The SIC provides a free internet service. There is also a free video dubbing service available to convert overseas videos to Japanese NTSC.

Location:

Main Office (Matsue) and Western Branch Office (Hamada)

Time:

Each person is allowed internet access for up to one hour each time.

Rules:

• Printing is not allowed.
• Access of illicit or user-pays sites is not allowed.
• Downloading material from the internet is not allowed.
• Reservations to use this service can be made by simply signing the reservation book provided at the SIC.
